Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the StyleSprout website, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and StyleSprout ("the Company," "we," "our").

Our Services

StyleSprout provides custom sportswear manufacturing services, including:

• Custom athletic apparel design and production
• Private labeling and branding services
• Bulk order manufacturing for teams, brands, and organizations
• Product consultation and quote generation
• Global shipping and logistics coordination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Pricing

When you place an order through our website or WhatsApp:

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are quoted in USD and may vary based on quantity, customization, and shipping
• A deposit of 50% is required to begin production on bulk orders
• Balance payment is due before shipment
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified per product category

We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors in quotes may occur. We will notify you of any discrepancies before proceeding with production.

Production & Lead Times

Standard production timelines:

• Sample production: 7-10 business days
• Bulk production: 21-35 business days depending on quantity
• Rush orders: Available upon request with priority surcharge

Lead times begin from the date of order confirmation and receipt of required details (design files, fabric choices, size breakdown). Delays may occur due to material availability, custom requirements, or force majeure events. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Quality & Inspections

All products undergo strict quality control inspection before packaging. We follow international quality standards to ensure every item meets specifications. For bulk orders, we can provide photo documentation of production stages and pre-shipment inspection reports upon request. Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer global shipping through trusted logistics partners:

• Express air freight: 5-10 business days
• Sea freight: 25-45 business days for bulk orders
• DDP (Duty Delivered Paid) options available for major markets
• Full tracking provided for all shipments

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• No refunds are available for personalized or custom products
• Defective products will be replaced or repaired at no cost
• Report defects within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
• Return shipping costs for defects are covered by StyleSprout

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work to resolve any manufacturing defects promptly.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, trademarks, and creative content on this website are the property of StyleSprout unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. When you provide your own designs for production, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such designs and indemnify StyleSprout against any copyright infringement claims.

Limitation of Liability

StyleSprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation failures.

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to: (1) Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; (2) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (3) Use our website for any illegal purpose; (4) Interfere with the proper functioning of the site. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
